Eat A Rainbow! is a series of ecology-based classes for school-aged children taught by Alana Reynolds, the garden’s Education Coordinator.  Registration and sign in is done in person on class days, with a cap of 15 children.  Many thanks to Dr. John Flack of SIU School of Medicine for sponsoring this program!
